Mogra is Indian jasmine — the small white flower strung into garlands for weddings and temple offerings across India. These are fabric mogra blooms with gold bells, so the garland makes a sound as well as a picture every time someone walks through the doorway it is hanging in.

Ways to use it
Hang the 5 ft strings either side of a doorway or across a mandap frame. Use the 2 ft length on pooja shelves, mirrors, mandirs and cabinet fronts. Cluster several strings for a fuller entrance. The white-and-gold palette sits comfortably in a modern home where orange marigold would dominate.

How to hang
- A push pin or small adhesive hook takes the weight of each string. No drilling required.
- Pins and hooks are not included.
- Either side of a doorway, pin at the top corners of the frame. Across a mandap or wall, space the strings 8 to 10 inches apart so the bells hang clear of each other and still ring.
Care & storage
- Made for indoor use. They are not weatherproof, so on a covered patio or pergola keep them out of rain and direct sun and bring them in after the event.
- Dust with a dry cloth. Wipe the bells dry if they are handled often, so the gold finish keeps its shine.
- Store hanging or laid flat rather than folded, so the bells do not catch on the flowers.
- Reusable season after season, which is the whole point of choosing these over fresh flowers that are finished by the evening.
