Lippan kaam is the mud-and-mirror relief work of Kutch in Gujarat, made for centuries by Rabari women on the inside walls of their homes: clay worked into raised patterns with the fingers, then set with abhla - small mirrors - so a single oil lamp lights the whole room. What you are buying is that technique on a board, hand-worked in India by artisans in Bangalore.

Six deities and one dancer. They are painted in different palettes on purpose, so two or three hung together do not read as repeats of the same picture.
Why this one
18 inches across at 1,100 g (approx. 2.4 lb) on a 6 mm board - light enough that a heavy-duty pushpin holds it, which is unusual for a piece this size and matters if you rent. The relief is what you are paying for: run a finger over the face and it is raised, not painted flat, with each mirror pressed into the clay individually.

Where it goes
Above a mandir or pooja shelf, on an entry wall, over a console, or in a row of three along a stair. The mirrors do their work under a downlight or a lamp rather than in flat daylight, so think about where the light in the room actually falls.

Care
Dust with a dry, soft cloth or a soft brush - the raised relief holds dust in the grooves. Do not use water or spray cleaner on the clay work. If you want the mirrors bright, wipe them individually with a barely damp corner of the cloth.
